Hotel Residence - Parma

The hotel's location is super convenient, with bus stops and a big supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The free coffee service in the morning was a nice touch. highly recommended!

Once we arrived to the room, it had a bad smell, windows shut and the toilete had no proper towels but rather white rags...

Its location to services ie buses, newsagents, supermarket etc.

Great value for money, the room wassuper clean and cozy. The location was convenient with a supermarket and bus stops nearby. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful.

There are good overall facilities for such a compact hotel with a pleasing lounge with its chesterfields plus small but adequate bar and dining room. The bedroom was perfectly serviceable with all necessary facilities. The hotel was conveniently located.

The only minor problems we encountered was that by 9.30am there was not always sufficient hot water for the shower. Also when arriving at 9.45am for breakfast they sometimes had run out of croissants. Just one final observation would be relating to the noise from the traffic as there was no double/triple glazing.

We had a small, clean room with a comfortable bed at Residence. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the convenience of having a big supermarket right behind the hotel. The staff were friendly and the morning coffee service was a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues, we would recommend this hotel for a reasonable stay in Parma.

This hotel has a convenient location, just a short walk from the city center and close to public transportation. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff who are willing to help. Some rooms have good views and facilities like free parking.

The breakfast here was not up to par with dry pastries and machine coffee, making for a less-than-optimal morning experience.

This was well worth the money. Very clean and up to date facilties. The room was large and the bathroom was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I ve booked triple room,because in our company were three adults and 3 Y.O. Child. Room was nice with extra large bed and extra bed almost double size. It was nice bonus. Location is 30 min walk from historic centre and 2 min from huge supermarket. Free private parking also good.

Internet was not for free like was advertised at the time of booking. Breakfast - not good variety of choice.

I liked the bar service and the staff were friendly
